What you give us
When you join the CyberSwamp Tour, request a show or send a message, we keep what you type: your first name, email, and if you add them, your mobile number, zip code and message. We use it to send you the tour emails, news about our music and shows near you, and to reply to you. Your contact details are stored in our own database and in GoHighLevel, the tool we use to send email and texts.
Text messages
We text you only after you agree by tapping the signup button, where the text terms are shown right next to it. Messages are about shows near you, new music and fan-only deals, up to 6 a month. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We never sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone else for their marketing.
What we record when you visit
Visits to this site are recorded so we can see what works and fix what doesn’t. That includes the pages you view, how far you scroll, what you tap, the forms you start, your device, browser, screen size, language and time zone, and the link or ad that brought you here. It also includes roughly where you are, worked out from your internet connection: city, state, postal area, TV market, approximate coordinates, time zone, and your internet provider or mobile carrier. We don’t store your IP address. If you give us your zip code, we look up its town and map position and work out how far you are from Lafayette, so we can plan shows near our fans. We record sessions (a replay of what happened on the page, with anything typed into form fields hidden) using our own analytics, Lumen Dash, and Microsoft Clarity. Song players on our music pages come from Spotify and videos from YouTube, and they load those services when you play them. We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people who have visited. Cookies and similar storage remember you between visits.
How long we keep it
Our own visit events are deleted after 13 months; totals without personal details may be kept longer. Lumen Dash keeps session recordings until we delete them, and Microsoft Clarity keeps its recordings for about 30 days. Your contact details stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and you can ask us to delete your visit history at any time.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare (hosting and our database), GoHighLevel (email and texts), Meta (ad measurement), Microsoft Clarity and Lumen Dash (visit analytics and recordings), and Shopify and Stripe if you order from us. Each handles data only to provide its service to us.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom. Reply STOP to any text. Email us to see, correct or delete what we have about you, and we’ll do it. You can block cookies in your browser, and you can limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
Kids
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
